Ideal 4850-95 EP Guillotine - parts or repairs Excellently build machine, but needs some TLC. 1 or 2 of the switches on the main board are 'sticky' and won't allow the clamp and blade to lower. This might be an easy fix (bit of WD40 might do the trick). Otherwise there are plenty of working and useful parts on this machine and anybody who ever had to do a repair on this knows how expensive these parts are. Need at least 3 strong guys to move this machine, it weighs about 200kg and is an awkward lump of steel to move around. It can be lifted with a pallet truck quite easily - you will need to bring your own. Product description: The IDEAL 4850-95 EP offers programmable control over the back gauge as well as automatic clamping and a power driven cutting blade. The program pad can store 99 cutting programmes with up to 99 steps in each. A memory key can recall repeat cuts while non-standard job sizes can be entered via the key pad to control the back gauge. Manual setting is also possible using an electronic handwheel for the finest adjustments. Cutting position is checked using illuminated cutting line.
