Looking for an old cottage / out building project

Hi, have you an old cottage or out building on your land that needs general work/renovation or even a caretaker. I'm looking for a project to work on (free of charge labour), if you have and to like to discuss the idea please contact me. I'm retired with time on my hands and would love a suitable project.
