I had to get some tractor parts here recently. All items I purchased were reasonably priced. Nothing was too much bother. If they don't have it in stock they will have it in a day or two for you. Great staff - very courteous and helpful.

Bought a new lawnmower off this company nearly a year ago now. When collecting the mower I noticed a part missing which I was told they took off to replace on a different mower. I was told they had ordered one and would post it to me within a week. I said fine. Low and behold the part never arrived to me. I called a total of 5 times , every couple of months over the last year now asking what was the story that I had not yet received the part to be told oh sorry will send it tomorrow. I still have not received the part. Very unprofessional on their behalf to treat a customer like this. Especially when buying a brand new machine. Will be bringing my business elsewhere in future.
