Brilliant company to deal with, we had a problem with the size of a bike we bought online as a childs christmas gift . They were extremely accommodating in getting it changed for a smaller size. Thanks to Adam and Tom really appreciate the help.

Terrible to deal with online. Ordered a Milwaukee M18 Vacuum with a €10 discount code. After querying if item had been dispatched I got an email saying there was a stock error and item was not in stock. I had a hunch this was because I used a discount code so I called up the store and an employee confirmed there was plenty of stock of the item. If €10 is that important to them they can keep it, I was happily willing to pay full price. Would never again deal with them as no need for blatant lies.

really disappointed in the service received recently using on lines orders .  Bought a childs toy cement mixer and it came broken went through the process of contacting about return a couple days later said it be sorted with a new one sent and old one picked up , was really happy about this  of course this would not be the case due to lack of communication between their own team . 12 days later countless messages using Facebook chat or emails getting the same message "we'll look into it"or " I'm trying to get the details " finally got an answer the parcel will not be packaged this side of Christmas as GLS refusing to take orders over seas to UK .
really poor communication and wouldn't be using a local chain again after this . very disappointed with this service and just leaves a sour taste .
