2 Story Modular Home

We’re selling a two-storey modular home, just under 10 metres long by 5.2 metres wide (about 101m² in total). It’s mostly finished inside - second fix is done, it’s well insulated, and it’s been designed to be transported in two sections (top and bottom). It has a full steel frame which cost 20k alone and is a mixture of steel and timber structure. It was originally planned for gas heating, but that could be changed to suit whatever system you’d like. It doesn’t include the roof, so that’ll need to be added by whoever takes it on (it can't be attached before transporting as it would be too high for power lines) One side has no cladding but we had planned to stone this when it was on site however it can be cladded if preferred. It’s built to sit on 8 concrete pads, so there’s no need for a slab underneath. We had planned to finish it ourselves but just don’t have the time now, so we’re letting it go as-is. Could be a great solution for someone. No time wasters please.
