I bought it new on Amazon. Did a very good job for me in the house with a small child, 2 cats, one parrot and a rough collie. The reason im selling it now is the guinea pigs we got recently😆 now im in need of an industrial hoover in order to keep the house clean🙈 I gave the hoover a good clean so it's ready for work in its new house. It comes with a second filter.
