Description
Italian made, Framax Modulblock semi automated beverage bottling line. Formerly in a craft brewery, this line was commissioned in 2015 and consists of a 24 bottle manual rinse and load station, a single station automatic labeler with hot foil date and lot stamp, 10 head rotary low-vacuum gravity filler, automated 26mm crown capper, and associated conveyers and tables. Fully functional, very well maintained and ready for work. Line is not suitable for highly carbonated beverages, but is ideal for bottle conditioned beer, spirits, juices, wine, water etc. Rated for 2,000 bottles per hour, line was previously operated by two operators at approx. 1,750 bph on 500ml beer bottles. Addition of a rotary accumulation table and automated case taper would increase line speed. Footprint approx 8m x 2m. Parts for both 500ml and 330ml glass bottles included. Other bottle sizes can be accommodated with appropriate change parts. Includes custom CIP fittings. Line has recently been decomissioned, and is currently in storage. Line was thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before decommissioning. Requires 3 phase power and compressed air supply. Current owner/operator can help with commissioning. New cost of this machine is approximately €75,000. For sale used at only €25,000 EXW. Brewery, distillery, fruit juice, dairy, milking parlour, water, drink, small business
