ElectriQ EcoSilent 14000 BTU Portable Air Con

I bought this portable air conditioning unit a few weeks ago, but as I was unboxing it, I saw the setup instructions requires 50cm to the sides and the rear, which is space I just don't have. So the unit has never been used. The plug is still tied up and wrapped in plastic.
