Kitchen Island

This unique beautiful modified kitchen island makes a lovely addition to any kitchen. Originally two ikea units (no longer available), I have used them as one island unit and upgraded them by painting and replacing the tops with old solid oak stair treads. I also separated the back and front of upper shelf with a middle panel which can simply be removed if desired. Two drawers are incorporated into the units. The back shelves are great for display while the front shelves offer lots of deep storage. They are ready to go to their new home now!
