It's pushes dry air into your home and pushs humid damp air out of your house. It has an inbuilt thermostatic heater to heat the air being pushed into your house when temperatures drop. Ideal for any home with attic space. I have a dormer, and it's not suitable as the attic space isn't big enough, hence selling it on.
