Rayco 74m² Modular Home (VENICE)

I recently got my 5 Bed Florence and I am genuinely delighted with it. The whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish. The lads on site were brilliant to deal with very very professional and easy going. We got a 3 bed from Rayco a few months ago and it’s been brilliant so far. House is very warm and solid, not like what you’d expect from a modular. Went to the showhouse first and that made the decision easy. What you see is what you get. No issues at all with the process, everything done on time. Would recommend.

We looked at a good few modular home companies before deciding, and to be honest Rayco were on a different level altogether. Once we visited the showhouse, it made the decision easy - We went with a 3 bed and the quality is excellent. The finish inside is like a proper house, not like some of the other options we saw which felt more like cabins. The whole process was straightforward, no pressure and everything explained clearly. The team were easy to deal with and delivered exactly what was promised. Very happy we chose Rayco over the others. Would definitely recommend thanks guys !
