Solid Wood Round Dining Table (Extending)

Solid wood dining table with a cross-base pedestal. Needs a little work/tlc but a fine, quality table. Standard diameter is 4ft (122cm), but it splits in the middle to take an extension leaf (included) to seat 6 people. Dimensions: 122cm diameter (extends to approx 168cm). Condition: The table is structurally very sound and heavy (likely beech wood), but the top surface has worn varnish, marks, and scratches (see photos). Ideally suits someone looking to sand and re-varnish, or just use with a tablecloth. Pickup only from Limerick city centre, I'm on the 3rd floor with no lift so please be willing and capable of lifting items
