Turn your scales on by pressing the on/off button once. The display will read “0.00”. 2. Lift smoothly with the scales horizontal and hold the scales steady until the display flashes 3 times, indicating that the weight as recorded successfully. 3. Lower the case to the floor and read the weight. The display will automatically switch off after 2 minutes. 4. Press “Units” to toggle between metric and imperial weights and the temperature function. 5. Press “On/Off” to reset.
