Mindfulness for Pregnancy Circle, Tralee, Co Kerry

Mindfulness for Pregnancy Circle starting in Tralee, Co Kerry on Thursday 11 September and running for 8 weeks, excluding Thurs 30 October, at St Brendan's Pastoral Centre from 10 to 11am. This circle is a space for you to connect with your body, your baby and your needs. We will explore grounding, resourcing, awareness and kindness practices to support you and your baby on your pregnancy journey and we will do this through guided meditations, visualisations, journaling and arts and crafts.
