Fresh Engine Overhaul & Ready to Race! Up for sale is an Intrepid Silverstone racing kart fitted with a Rotax 125 Max Senior engine. The chassis features an official CIK-FIA homologation plate (162/CH/08). The kart has recently undergone a comprehensive top-end overhaul and carburetor service carried out according to the official Rotax workshop manual. Top-End Overhaul:  Cylinder replaced (honed prior to installation) with matching brand-new piston kit. Complete top-end gasket kit installed. Power valve thoroughly cleaned. Leak-Down Tested: Passed crankcase 2-stroke leak-down tests both before and after top-end assembly (zero case leaks).  Carburetor & Fuel System:  Complete strip, overhaul, and chemical clean. Replaced bent float arm assembly, reset float height, and cleaned all jets/fuel filter. Jet needle clip position adjusted (set to 3rd groove).  Exhaust & Air Intake:  Exhaust baffle removed and fresh wadding/repack installed. Brand-new air filter element installed in airbox.  Maintenance & Prep:  Fresh spark plug installed. Engine cases degreased and cleaned. Old fuel drained; system refilled with fresh pre-mix fuel. Cooling system filled with fresh distilled water.  Included Wheels & Spare Tire Sets: Mounted Rims: 1 set of aluminum kart rims mounted with Vega slick tires. Wet / Rain Tires: 1 set of grooved wet-weather racing tires (2 front, 2 rear). Additional Slick Tires: Multiple spare sets/stacks of slick racing tires (dry compounds).
