There was an issue with a ride on toy I got my son for Christmas. Within 24 hours of re opening after the brake, the team in Clarkes had dispatched a replacement to me! Amazing service from Martin, Jamie and all the team, i will certainly be buying from you guys again!

Pre ordered a swing online. My plans changed had to  deal with Mark on the phone to see what could be done to accommodate me. Mark is an asset to the company,so easy to deal with,got the order sorted and even managed to get it delivered on the day I needed it.Excellent customer service delivered with charm and good humor. Ordered on a Monday morning at 10am and package arrived at my doorstep the following morning at 10am. Quick and hassle free service, great price and free delivery for my order.

Top quality brands, great tools, fantastic range of products but customer service is not great.

Its great to see local young ppl working there but from their crankiness and unfriendliness it appears that they either dont want to be there or they aspire to do something else... Or some other issue...
Unfortunately I was never able to exit the shop with a smile, despite the fact I had just bought something really useful and of great quality.
Dont ask if they have a different size or model because the answer is "no"... Despite pretending to look ot up on the system ...
Just make me want to get stuff online despite I strongly support buying local...

Hopefully things will get better, for now I will buy there only stuff I need on the day..

Had to send strimmer back. Was told there would be a new one sent out. Came in a different box to the actual brand (don’t no why it would have to be open if it was supposedly brand new) and then put in a different branded box. Smell of petrol when the cap is open. Don’t no how this could be if it was new. Terrible experience
