I used it for for kick boxing and general fitness (and stress relief!). I'm around 70kg. Very heavy base once filled with water. Inner Material: Three-layer: Foaming, PE Foam, EVA Outer Material: PU Leather material I've had it three years and kept it in the garage. It's got a few scuffs, but otherwise in good condition. I don't use it anymore which is why I'm selling it. It's very bulky, so you'll need a trailer or a van to pick it up.
