Following the success of "Casa del Amor" we have now acquired a sister property and it is new to the holiday rental market! "Casita del Amor" is located in a quiet complex in Puerto del Carmen. The one bedroom bungalow is on the "San Fermin" complex on Calle Belgica, and it is only a 10 min stroll to the Avenida del Playa (Casino end). The bungalow is bright and airy with a large private terrace with sunbeds and external dining area. The bungalow refit has considered persons with limited mobility and provides plenty of parking space for mobility scooters at the front or the rear of the property. The open plan livingroom has a brand new chaise longue sofa that turns into a small double bed for a child, a 55 inch LCD smart tv with a full Irish and English satellite channels, black out curtains and air conditioning. The white modern bathroom suite has an easy access shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied free of charge to reduce your luggage weight. We also provide a hair dryer, straighteners and basic toiletries for your use. White guest towels and coloured beach/pool towels, are provided for your use. The white gloss kitchen/dining area is well equipped with a kettle, toaster, all essential crockery and cutlery, including a full size oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and dining table and chairs. A washing machine and external wall airer is provided so you don't have to worry about getting your clothes washed when you return home! The bedroom is fitted a full height high gloss wardrobe. A brand new double bed and deep mattress with extra blankets & pillows to ensure you have a comfortable stay. All windows have built in mosquito nets and external shutters.
