This is a spacious 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a large family room. There is air conditioning throughout and a balcony with sunbeds for Private sun bathing. There is also free WIFI and piped TV with UK and movie channels along with DVD player. We also have a BBQ in the large side garden with bikes for use of guests. The house is right next to the Large communal swimming pool with toddler pool attached. The area is renowned for its many beautiful beaches and wonderful golf courses. The house is just 5 minutes walk from a vibrant strip of Bars, restaurants and kiddies fair ground, also only 10 minute walk from the nearest beach and marina. There is a water park with free shuttle service and a nightly large fair ground a short 15 minute drive/Taxi /Bus journey away. There are lots of water activities available at the local marina such as Scuba Diving, Boat Trips, Pedal Boats and Jet Skis. With 320 days of sunshine per annum this is a great destination all year round whether it be for a Family Holiday, A Golfing Break or a Romantic Get Away.
