The property is situated on a small gated complex immaculately maintained by onsite management, with a communal pool...There is parking for one car to the front...Across the road is a beach with bar and restaurant attached to a Hotel complex...To the rear of the complex is a tram stop giving access to Alicante and El Campello....To the front is a shuttle bus to El Campello... Transfer from Alicante airport is just 25/30 minutes and can be arranged for you if required...Regular flights from Kerry, Shannon, Cork and Dublin... There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) both with aircon...The main bedroom has a small balcony with table and 2 chairs for morning coffee etc;...A family bathroom with bath/shower and toilet all on the same level... Down the stairs is an open plan fully equipped kitchen diner with living area opening out to the terrace and garden where you will take all your meals and enjoy the sun into the evening....The living area is equipped with Aircon, WiFi, Smart TV with Google Cast... Appliances include dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electrical oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Air Fryer etc....A separated toilet and laundry room with washing machine ironing board/iron and electrical boiler. As of 20th May, we are fully booked to 8th September which is €650/week...(Minimum booking is 1 week)....Please contact us to confirm availability and price for days exceeding a week for which a discount is offered [eg 10 nights €800]...
