Apartment Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote

This recently refurbished apartment is in the Ocean Lanzamar Complex which is a really nice Complex situated very centrally in Puerto del Carmen between the New Town and the Old Town. It is just ten minutes from Arrecife Airport. The apartment is an end apartment on the 1st Floor with a sea view. It is directly south facing so that you get the sun on the balcony for most of the day. There is an iron, ironing board, hair drier, 2 x ring hob cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine etc in the apartment. There is a 32" flatscreen TV with numerous channels including RTE 1 & 2, TV3, BBC, ITV, Fox Movies, Channel 4 and a DVD player. The local bus stop is about 100 yards down the street where you can get a bus to anywhere on the island.
