Within one hour of Leipzig and Dresden.2 to 2 and half hours drive to Berlin, Prague, Pilsen, Nuremberg or the Polish border. Private parking for 2 cars. Also suitable for camper vans. Located 10 minutes walk from the main square in Chemnitz, there are some outstanding traditional German Brauhouses and a wide variety of restaurants in the centre of Chemnitz . It is about a 15 minute walk to Chemnitz Hauptbahnhof. The apartment is located in an historic building on a quiet residential street, overlooking a park and enjoys a lot of sunshine. It is located on the 3rd floor, there is no lift, unfortunately. It is newly furnished and freshly renovated. There is a bedroom with 2 large beds, living room with 2 fold up beds, bathroom with washer /dryer and a new fully equipped kitchen. The fridge will be stocked with refreshments on your arrival. If you decide to stay for a month, there will a cleaning every two weeks. Rates are as follows 1 week €400 2 weeks €700 1 month € 1200 Longer term rates can be negotiated.
