The large balcony which is fully enclosed for extra privacy, overlooks the very popular Los Pocillos beach, which is directly across the road, with uninterrupted sea view and sunshine from sunrise to sunset. There are sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine with overhead canopies providing shade. The balcony also has a table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining. The large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area has a kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday meals, including filtered water in kitchen sink. All bedding and towels are supplied (not beach) also hairdryer and safe. WiFi and air con. Golf course is only 10 min drive away. Close to all restaurants and shops. Spar Supermarket nearby. Taxi and bus stops close by. Airport is only 15 mins drive. On street parking is available if you decide to hire a car. Apartment sleeps six, (reduced rate for 2/4 people). Unsuitable for very small children. Also for an extra cost (when available) there is an adjoining one bedroom annex with separate entrance.
