The apartment is located 300m to the Jack Nicklaus designed Alhama Signature Golf Clubhouse. 30 minutes from Murcia (RMU) airport and just 1hr 20minutes from Alicante Airport with direct flights from most Irish airports. Transfers can be arranged! If hiring a car, there is free and secure onstreet parking. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd has two single beds. An open plan kitchen, dining and living area which includes a double sofa bed. A higb chair and cot are also available for smaller children. The kitchen has everything needed to self cater plus a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc. Upstairs there is a 50sqm private rooftop solarium with a shaded seating area, barbecue, dining table and sun loungers. Alfresco living and dining is encouraged with stunning views of the Sierra Espuna Mountains from the rooftop. To the front of the apartment there is a small childrens play area, and 60m away is a communal swimming pool.
