The apartment is extremely well located in the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen, a perfect place to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Our apartment offers all modern conveniences including WiFi, Satellite TV, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Cooker, air conditioning etc. OUR APARTMENT CAN CATER FOR TWO ADULTS ONLY ,offering one bedroom with two single beds & a bathroom, a spacious open plan Kitchen & Living area and a good sized balcony overlooking the large pool in the complex and giving you those stunning views you would want to have with a trip to Lanzarote. On arrival you will receive a welcome back, to help settle you into the apartment! Our apartment is based in a quiet complex that offers it's own large communal pool with plenty of sun loungers too! Like many places in Lanzarote, Puerto Del Carmen was originally a small fishing village, and the old harbour is a beautiful spot boasting so much beauty in its views of the Atlantic, the harbour, a fantastic selection of bars, some gorgeous award winning restaurants and has many excursions running out of the harbour all while being tucked a short 10 minute walk from the main hustle and bustle of the strip on Puerto Del Carmen. A short 5 minute walk brings you to the Playa Chica beach, a busy cozy little beach with amazing snorkeling available.
