Large modern home with pool (9x4m) and own secure garden in small village near Carcassonne (Occitanie) in beautiful Minervois wine country. Various hiking trails start from outside the village. Unesco World Heritage Carcassonne and its airport are a mere 15 km away and the closest retail centre with multiplex cinema and restaurants only a 10-minute drive, next to the Canal du Midi with boat hire facilities and cycle path. Bicycle (e-bikes too) rental and horse riding stables nearby. Many historical and natural sights are within a 15-minute radius, Cathar fortresses to the north and south and Mediterranean beaches to the east a mere one hour away. Toulouse airport and city also a one-hour drive. Spain, Andorra and Lourdes 3 hours away.
