Recently had to take apart my PC due to GPU issues and will build a fresh one later in the future. This CPU has caused me no issues and I have had it for about 3 years. Always tended to it when needed (via. keeping the thermal paste changing regularly and cleaning) - I also have the fan that came with it, if you so desire.
