Dell G2524H 280Hz Gaming Monitor – HDMI Issue

Original Amazon invoice included. Dell currently shows Advanced Exchange Support until 2 June 2027. I am trying to have the warranty start date corrected to match the actual purchase date. This has not yet been confirmed. **Condition & Connectivity:** DisplayPort works correctly. When connected to a PC or laptop via HDMI, the monitor displays “No Signal”. However, HDMI works with an ARRIS set-top box and successfully displays an image. After connecting the ARRIS box, the display mode or resolution appears to have changed, and I have not managed to restore the original settings. The exact cause of the HDMI issue is unknown.
