Build this PC just there, some new parts some old parts but ensured it works, should be good for Low 1080p. CPU - I7-4790 GPU - 1060 3gb RAM - 16gb DDR3 Boot SSD 120GB SSD 2 - 500GB (Brand New) PSU - 600W Case - msi forge 100r (Brand New) Wifi Card Add ons 1TB External HDD - Free with the pc MSI Monitor 75hz 1080p (+€70) Piranha Mechanical Keyboard (+€20) I have it optimized as best as it could, overcooked the GPU.
