Good Office PC (Quick sale need gone)

This PC is from 2007 but I installed an optimised version of windows 10 that removed Microsoft edge and all the useless features but has google chrome, it’s signed out from a Microsoft account and a chrome account. It used to be a light gaming pc but I installed fresh thermal paste and cleaned it. The only issue is it has to be always laying down due to the cpu cooler brackets broken if it’s in a vertical position the cpu cooler will fall. Open to offers, small swaps available (the size of the item). Monitor and power cable NOT encluded. Questions and answers: Is it still available? Yes it’s still available. Can you deliver to X location? Yes but buyer has to pay, would be better for me if collection in Waterford City. Do you go to X location? No my car is broken. Can you swap/trade? Yes but depends on the item and the size. Is the PC fully working no damage? Yes it’s fully working look at the last two pictures for proof. Only CPU cooler brackets are broken but cpu cooler working perfectly. What are the specs? Look at the last two pictures, also has a gigabyte motherboard.
