Very rare edition of HP ML330-G6 server coming soon. The majority of these servers have a single CPU socket, this one HAS the additional CPU daughter board. Populated with twin hex core (*6C), 12 thread CPUs (12 Cores, 24 threads in total) The majority of these servers have a 470W fixed power supply, this one HAS twin 750W redundant power supplies (removable) with an additional two spares power supplies future proofing this server. The majority of these servers have four 3.5" LFF drive bays, this one HAS double this amount at eight 3.5" LFF drive bays! Currently populated with (8*) 2TB SAS hard drives, totaling 16TB gross storage. This server is equipped with a IBM LSI 9207-8i controller card, using this card we have tested THIS server using 6TB SAS drives, which it accepts, potentially increasing storage up to a whopping 48TB if not more!! (We haven't tried any drives greater than 6TB). With 96GB of RAM, this server is a force to be reckoned with, if your going for virtualization you will have ample physical memory to run many virtual machines simultaneously. Upgradable to a maximum of 144GB. Comes complete with two front panels, one is stock and one is modified exposing the eight drive bays for easy of access to the hard drives.
