The roof is an 18mm OSB board covered with strong green mineral felt. PVC trim fitted to protect edges from the weather and enhance the finished look. Houses also include a small Perspex window. The extra large house model can be supplied with a door for an additional cost of €30. X-LARGE 42” deep X 34” wide. Door size 17” wide X 23” high. Price €320. 2 available. LARGE 40” deep X 32” wide. Door size 15” wide X 17” high. Price €260. MEDIUM 33” deep X 31” wide. Door size 12” wide X 17” high. Price €210.. Other sizes can be assembled to order and can include full insulation if required.
