What an absolutely incredible experience! We are from a bespoke furniture company (Oak Projects Ireland) and we had the opportunity to attend a Lean Manufacturing Tour at Applied Concepts this week, and I can genuinely say it was a game changer for us as business owners. Seeing their processes in action, the level of organisation, the systems they’ve implemented, and even being part of their daily morning meetings with the team was truly mind blowing. What impressed us the most was seeing how Lean Manufacturing is not just a concept for them, but something deeply embedded in their company culture and everyday operations. The experience genuinely opened our minds to what’s possible.
