Coote Precast Flooring Plant

I am selling my coote flooring machine that was manufactured in 2004 and was first used in January 2005. It manufactured approximately 40000 m2 per year until 2008 and then about 10000m2 per year until 2019 and has been seldom used since. This machine can make 150mm by 600mm precast flooring, but the pallets are big enough to take 200mm floors (but I don't have a 200mm mould). Included is: Casting end with 150mm mould, core extractor, turntable, oiler, concrete filler. Pallet handler, Pallet cleaner, product unloader, 200 pallets. 1m3 skip complete with rails from mixer. Electrical panels comprise Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi equipment. It was installed by coote engineering and ashdale engineering. It has been well maintained and kept clean during its time with us.
