Dustless Sandblaster - Applied Aquablaster Xtreme

What an absolutely incredible experience! We are from a bespoke furniture company (Oak Projects Ireland) and we had the opportunity to attend a Lean Manufacturing Tour at Applied Concepts this week, and I can genuinely say it was a game changer for us as business owners. Seeing their processes in action, the level of organisation, the systems they’ve implemented, and even being part of their daily morning meetings with the team was truly mind blowing. What impressed us the most was seeing how Lean Manufacturing is not just a concept for them, but something deeply embedded in their company culture and everyday operations. We left with so many insights, fresh ideas, and, most importantly, a completely different perspective on how we run and grow our own business. The experience genuinely opened our minds to what’s possible. We now have a much clearer idea of where to start, and we’ve already begun learning more about Lean principles and reading the books they recommended. It’s rare to walk away from an experience feeling this inspired and motivated to make real changes. A massive thank you to the entire Applied Concepts team for being so open, welcoming, and generous in sharing their knowledge and experience. What you’re doing is truly inspiring, and the impact goes far beyond your own business. Highly recommend this tour to any business owner looking to improve their operations and rethink what’s possible!

Excellent tour. Very interesting and informative. Picked up lots of ideas and motivation to implement and continue with lean initiatives in my own workplace.
