This was my first time dealing with Dennison JCB and my first time purchasing an excavator, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I first met Sophie at the Balmoral Show, which was a great introduction and set the tone for a very positive experience. From that initial contact, Sophie made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Sophie was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. I never felt under pressure, and her support gave me real confidence throughout the purchase. The customer service was outstanding. A special mention to Chris for excellent after-sales support in sourcing and arranging a rake riddle bucket from England, which was greatly appreciated. I recently bought a new JCB 8008 CTS mini digger from Dennison JCB and was extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. I met Ian Calderwood at their stand at Balmoral show. He was very helpful and unlike other suppliers, followed up immediately after the show with my enquiry about the digger. Sophie and Chris were excellent sales people. Sophie arranged the machinery deal but was not pushy in the slightest and gave me time to make a decision at my own pace. Chris then ordered and fitted the attachments and came out to my site to show me how everything worked. Really appreciated the approach taken by both.
