This is a McCloskey Recirculating System but WILL ALSO FIT any other brand or machine, it can be made to suit a range of crushers etc. This Recirc comes complete with 14ft x 4ft (4.26m x 1.21m) Screenbox, Discharge Conveyor, Recirc Conveyor, Transfer Conveyor and Side Conveyor. 14ft x 4ft 2 deck vibrating static screenbox which will produce 3 x grades of material in one pass, 80mm mesh currently fitted on top deck and 40mm mesh on bottom deck. Different sizes of mesh can be obtained and installed at extra cost. 3 way split, closed circuit recirc. Under the screenbox is a 1500 wide discharge belt which has steel dust cover fitted, Also has support legs. The transfer conveyor feeding onto recirc conveyor is 600mm wide and side conveyor is 600mm wide. Side conveyor is Hydraulic folding so it can fold along side the screenbox for transport etc. The Recirc conveyor is 36ft / 11m Long x 660mm wide chevron belt, this conveyor also has steel dust cover fitted. All hydraulic drive with Danfoss and Hydreco Motors. Recirculating Conveyor. For the images we have stacked the recirc conveyor on top of the screenbox.
