This cone is built on a fully independent Wheeled chassis, has standard 5th wheel trucking pin meaning it can be easily moved around site or yard with a standard truck or dolly. Complete with large feeder/hopper with hydraulic tipping grid installed to reject oversized machine before entering the hopper. Long belt feeder to feed material into the cone crusher, Block magnet installed over this belt feeder to remove metal before entering into cone chamber. Feed level sensor installed over cone crusher chute. The feeder belt is 950mm wide and the main discharge belt is 900mm wide, Both belts in good condition and working. 8ft x 4ft 2 Deck screenbox installed over main discharge belt to screen material before stockpiling. Mesh currently installed on top and bottom decks of screenbox, new mesh can be purchased and installed at additional cost if required. Discharge belt folds for transport but screenbox needs to removed to do this. 6 x Heavy duty Landing legs installed for increased stability and servicing capabilities. Everything is driven by Cummins Engine. This crusher has very good access around the machine including Steps and Walk way Platform around engine and Cone Crusher. This crusher was running/working up until the day it was removed, working in local quarry before we took it out. Was replaced with a fresh 2022 Tesab 1150TC Cone.
