We had a brilliant LEAN tour at Applied Concepts today and are heading home full of ideas and excitement to really get stuck into our own LEAN journey. It was great to see LEAN principles in action and to learn from such a knowledgeable team. The Lean tour was very good and informative. I enjoyed the visit and gained useful knowledge about Lean practices. It was a great experience overall.
