We had a relatively urgent need to replace a forklift and Sean proactively worked with us to select the best model from stock that would meet our requirements. The replacement forklift was promptly delivered fitted with a road-kit for safety and nothing we asked for was any trouble. We had a very minor issue post delivery and I was extremely impressed by how this was handled by Sean and the team and was fully resolved within hours. The level of Customer service has been superb. We purchased an electric forklift from Sean in Sutton Forklifts at the start of August and we couldn't be happier with it. Sean was great to deal with and sent us all the information we needed along with extra photos & videos, so that we could get a really good idea of the forklift's condition before travelling to view it. The forklift was in great condition and came with a GA1 certificate. I needed a few things clarified about the forklift's charger and Sean was so helpful on the phone and talked me through the entire thing.
