Lot 554 Clifden Sale 5yr Class 1 Bay Mare 148cm

** Lot 554 Saturday Clifden Sale ** Moate Robyn Sire; Magherafadda Lad Dam; Derrynamacka Rose HWSD: N/N 5yr old Class 1 Mare (inspected in the UK), broken and riding sweetly. Schooling nicely, good to hack and in traffic, popping a small course of fences. Good to catch, clip, load, travel, feet trim and up to date with flu jabs. Regularly ridden and handled at home by children. Owned since a foal and this years filly foal has been retained, in foal to perlino stallion Knockma Cloud (also inspected in the UK) for April 2027, Cloud is negative for grey guaranteeing a foal of colour and N/N for HWSD. Cloud is by Castleside Tigue, out of a Maam Hero mare and is capable of breeding buckskin or palomino. Full sister to Class 1 stallion & Clifden junior champion Moate Echo, Robyn is unshown to date and could make a fabulous fresh face in the ring either as a broodmare or on the ridden/working hunter circuit after the foal has been weaned. Robyn & Cloud were inspected with the British Connemara Pony Society which is easily updated to the CPBS - currently both are listed as Class 3 on the CPBS database which just needs updating.
