14.2hh Bay Gelding, 14 years old 🐴 Based in Co.Antrim N.Ireland For ⛵️our much-loved 14.2hh bay gelding is looking for a knowledgeable, confident home where he can continue to enjoy his jumping and hacking. We have owned him for the past 17 months and in that time he has proven to be a talented and genuine jumper with a fantastic attitude to fences. He has plenty of scope,he is currently jumping a 60cm showjumping course with a nervous rider but has scope for more in the right hands. He would suit a confident teenager or small adult looking for a fun, competitive pony. He is not suitable for a nervous or novice rider as he can test his rider at times and needs someone confident who won’t let him get away with being cheeky. He is good to: • Stable • Catch and handle • Mount • Load and travel in a trailer • Hack alone or in company He is up to date with vaccinations and shoes. He was recently vetted to include X-rays, which confirmed arthritis in his hocks. This is currently well managed with annual injections, allowing him to continue doing the job he enjoys. Full veterinary history will be provided to genuinely interested parties. He can occasionally buck, usually if his hock injections are due, so this is reflected in his price and the type of home sought.
