SAFE, STEADY STARTER/FIRST-RIDDEN PONY

… SALE AGREED….. SALE AGREED….. Rocky is a handsome and friendly pony. He stands 11h, is 13 years of age and is microchipped / Passported. This is a very kind chap, with a great temperament. Rider outgrew him a while back and kept him on as a Pet… but he was wasted not being used to teach another budding young rider. He is ideal as a Starter pony because he is excellent on the Lead-rein and listens to handler’s voice commands. Takes no notice of Traffic. His great asset is that he will ride onwards off the lead when child is ready to trot independently. Rocky will do trotting poles and small jumps both on and off the lead. He is a little overweight due to not getting enough exercise for the past year but is now back in work. He is pretty enough and moves well enough for a L/R Show Class…. as he has undoubtedly got some Welsh breeding in there somewhere… He has no laminitis (thankfully) or sweet-itch. Good to handle, load, pick up feet, tack-up, wash, groom ,get on etc. No kick or bite! Had his feet pared yesterday and was excellent for the farrier 😍 These type of ponies are like hen’s teeth , so a good home is paramount, where he will be loved and appreciated, as he is truly a special pony😇 He is an absolute BARGAIN buy for some lucky child!
