Heritage Turkeys

I have a small surplus of Heritage Bronze, and Bronze x Norfolk Black turkeys for sale. These are the slower growing, single breasted birds, hatched here with us in May, and ideal for Christmas. Absolutely delicious! Also suitable as breeding birds for next year and beyond. The Toms generally make 20-26lb (16-21lb oven ready, easily feeds 6-8 people), the hens make 12-15lb (8-12lb oven ready). They have been reared open range, fed on growers ration, wheat, and grazing away on grass, windfall apples, blackberries etc. Ready to go on finishing ration in the next week or two.
