What a great wee Caravan site,Clean and tidy.
Rented a caravan here last October on my birthday just for myself and my two small dogs.It was so peaceful.
Caravan was immaculate, had a slight problem where the gas ran out and I reported it to Mags and she had the bottle changed for me almost before I got back over to the caravan.I reccomend highly. Only thing stops me coming back is I don't drive and I rely on others.All round brilliant. *****

YESS LOVEE SHOP SO GOOD AND THERES A LOVELY BEACH! The water is quite cold and it is rocky though. THERE IS A PLAYPARK!!

Absolutely love this caravan park everyone so friendly and kids all just get along not one of them clicky sites were if your not known ur not welcome mags is lovely and

We are just back from here after spending a week here. Facilities are great, shop, park, games room and chippy van. (Although we never saw the van open when we were there) The caravan park itself is very well looked after, grass cut, bins emptied etc It's about 15mins into Newcastle by car which isn't bad and Kilkeel is very close. I felt it was a great spot for a base and then you can go out and about. Loads to do - Newcastle, Donard, Tollymore, Castlewellan.  Even if it's raining.....lol

We’re a family run business, a husband &amp; wife team. Our idea for this business really stems from our own personal experience.  We like so many other young couples starting out in life struggled with the same problems of getting a mortgage and getting a home of our own. We found ourselves in a situation that is so common of paying huge rent, the usual utilities and having our daughter, it left us with very little every month for savings for that all-important deposit. After many months of sacrificing our social lives by staying in every weekend &amp; cutting back on our little luxuries we still found ourselves being nowhere near where we needed to be financially.

We decided to invest what savings we had in a mobile home; we found a family member with space in their back garden. During the process of us purchasing a mobile home of our own we saw the uncertainties around our endeavours (trying to find a suitable mobile in our budget, trying to arrange delivery and so on).

What we would’ve given then for a one stop shop to meet all our needs and the ones we didn’t know we had….

After taking the step and moving into the mobile, we can honestly say it was the best decision for us at that time in our lives.

The financial freedom that came with this move enabled us to save and get back some of our social life! We lived in our mobile home the whole way through the process of construction of our home, this gave us a great peace of mind to be able to keep a close eye on the progress of the build.

When the build was complete, it was great to be able to sell on the mobile home. The money from the sale helped us to buy a few essentials for the house and the big telly we’d be eyeing up for a while!

Having gone through this process ourselves, we feel it gives us a real understanding of what you’re going through. We’re delighted to now be able to use the knowledge and experience of our own journey to help you go through this process as easily and stress free as possible.

Myself and my partner were looking to upgrade our mobile home and came across Peter and his team at Alt Living they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I told him what we were looking for and he was able to source a mobile home to suit our needs, if we ever decide to upgrade to a next to new mobile in the near future I will definitely be in contact with Peter and his team again

We purchased a mobile home of Peter a little over 18 months ago and I was the best decision yet! As a young couple weeks really wanted to get out of the rental market and start saving for a mortgage and this was our saving grace!!

From start to finish Peter and his team were amazing we felt totally at ease. He was so professional the delivery and installation was completely stress free and he has continued to answer our small queries since. Our mobile is beautiful and spacious and so cosy even on the coldest days.
