For all those saying how badly things were put together, dont blame the hardware shop. Blame the producers. I bought a welder from years ago here and its absolutely amazing. really disappointed in the service received recently using on lines orders .  Bought a childs toy cement mixer and it came broken went through the process of contacting about return a couple days later said it be sorted with a new one sent and old one picked up , was really happy about this  of course this would not be the case due to lack of communication between their own team . 12 days later countless messages using Facebook chat or emails getting the same message "we'll look into it"or " I'm trying to get the details " finally got an answer the parcel will not be packaged this side of Christmas as GLS refusing to take orders over seas to UK .
really poor communication and wouldn't be using a local chain again after this . very disappointed with this service and just leaves a sour taste .
