Excellent shop, dealt with them for the first time today bought a chainsaw at a very reasonable price and found a number of other items at great prices. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, I will definitely be back. Thank you

UPDATE: I'm editing this from 1 star to 3 as I eventually did get my refund. It was actually these reviews and screenshots of the WhatsApp chat with Ian that got them to take action in the end up. I emailed the WhatsApp chat to the customer service email address and rang up and was passed through to a different manager who read the WhatsApp messages and saw the reviews. He refunded me immediately. Probably not fair to judge the whole company based on one useless donkey of an employee. That employee is somehow a manager though so that still seems like an issue 😅 **************************** Terrible experience with this crowd. Bought a strimmer off them, it didn't work so I rang them up and got through to Ian via WhatsApp. Some man Ian. Told me it was an issue with the carburettor and he'd post me out one to fit myself, weird but I thought it would be quicker than sending it back to them. Had an issue with fastway delivering this too but eventually a package arrives, some man Ian sent me the carburettor for a different strimmer. So I return the strimmer and the carburettor to Irish Garage Equipment. And they've been completely ignoring me for a week now. So they have the strimmer, the carburettor and my money and now Ian won't reply to my messages on WhatsApp 😂 he reads them. He just won't reply. Never seen anything like it. Some man Ian 👍 So now an update on this it's been a week since I posted above. Ian has now ignored 11 attempts at me contacting him via WhatsApp for over 11 days now. I have requested in writing that I want a refund for the faulty strimmer. Not a replacement, a refund. Last week I receive a phone call from a woman in the office saying that she was calling to confirm that Ian told her to let me know that he's sending me a replacement. I tell her very clearly No, that I have already bought a strimmer that works from a different company, I have requested a refund a dozen times and I absolutely don't want a replacement. I came home yesterday to find a replacement strimmer sitting on my doorstep. Also I never got any notifications from the courier to say that anything was coming. Good job I wasn't on holiday or it would still be sitting there. Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with any company I've bought anything from.
