He was extremely helpful making sure to understand my needs first before making any suggestions. He even took a day or two to research a few options and talked me through the pros and cons of each. I was not looking to spend a lot of money. Even so, I felt like I was getting first class support. There was a small issue with the shipment (shipper’s fault).
