23’ Ruffian Sailing Boat designed by Billy Brown and built by Weatherly Yachts in the 1970s/80s. Only one of approximately 200 made. This boat had been used on Strangford Lough but due to other priorities and ill health, the intention to refurbish it has not materialised. It is, however an ideal opportunity for someone who wants a project to purchase a reasonably priced boat.
