30ft bilge keel sailing boat yacht hunter

I am happy to sail for a delivery to anywhere west of Scotland, Wales, North East of England, Northern Ireland coastal areas or east coast of Ireland. Perfect young family boat both cabins have closing doors for privacy, If downsizing it is a lot lighter than a 35ft boat but you still have standing room. This is a well sorted boat that is ready to sail anywhere. Prob one of the tidiest boats in the country. Cheaper maintenance no lift out can antifoul between tides etc etc Yanmar 18hp diesel engine (447hrs this will go up still being used). New shaft seal. Folding propellor 6 berths in 2 cabins closing doors for privacy. Brand new this season furling self tacking jib really cripsy. Battened main with reefing lines all running to cockpit. Through locking clutches (Set up for single hand sailing) stackpack Adjustable back stay. Spinnaker with sniffer (in photos of front cabin) Massive outside port locker. Sprayhood. Nasa Clipper speed/ distance, depth and wind instruments. Standard Horizon AIS DSC VHF radio with extra controller for cockpit (dead handy) Tiller pilot auto pilot Depth, wind and speed instruments. Galley. Hot and cold water, water heats off 240v and the engine. Heads with shower Hot/ cold water. 240v plug in Mains 30amp smart battery charger 2x batteries one starter and one domestic both charged by engine alternator or mains 240v if in a marina. This boat is really tidy and clear it hasn’t had much use. Seacocks like new, keel bolts shinny etc etc not many come up in this condition. Happy to hear cheeky offers but don’t get offended when I take the hand back. Well worth a viewing and a sail. Possible part exchange I am looking a bigger boat no harm in asking.
